Welcome to the Canadian Vintners Association (CVA)'s Food Safety Program eLearning Course. This course website and its resources contain Good Winery Practice Requirements and a HACCP Plan Model, as well as other tools  to help you develop a documented food safety program that is right for you. Access to this website is limited to Canadian wineries and organizations and is free to CVA members and $500/year for non-members.
